No Pros ... Simply Waste

Cons

Pressure, they do not provide salary Properly, they said like Working time is 9.30 to 6.30.. but almost after 6.30 only they starting team meeting every thing... after 11 only we can able to shut down our system.. then given single task but different way,, we do all that way but they scolding as we to take too much time to do,,.. they don't have an constant mind.. so friends don't go for this one..
