This company calls themself a grass roots agriculture lender when in fact all they do is belittle farmers when they walk out the door. Their focus is on long term land loans and slowly decreasing their agricultural lending. Management is out of touch with the customers and employees. Leadership and moral within the organization is nonexistent. Both the regional and state management or not qualified for their positions. Pay is poor.
the state-wide management was unrealistic and lacked the knowledge and ability to deal with employees. While he may have understood agricultural related issues, he certainly didn't understand his rivals or employees
