You are treated like a number and management has no idea what they are doing from one minute to another. They would also rather talk about you than to you!

Good for retiree’s, mom's kids allowed to come to work with you

Cons

Not much room for upward movement. Benefits pretty much nonexistent health insurance you can get through company is expensive and not very good coverage.
