Pros
Pay is alright but doesn’t account for mistreatment or poor management and putting safety of kids first is certainly not the motto even though they say it is.
Cons
Just a number in the company, they don’t value the work their employees put in. They only care if the numbers look good quarterly and they are making a profit.
