Pros
Golf Benefits, watching kids learn and grow, working on an excellent tournament, all the golf apparel you will ever need. Time off is available, you just get judged when you use it.
Cons
Micro managing managers, who constantly need their hand on every little thing done. The constant change of policies and procedures, changing from year to year, month to month, and even tournament to tournament. Overbearing parents of those children, parents that call you regardless of outside of business hours or on national holidays. Being a director, making any decision and then having it immediately changed in front of everyone, just getting cut down at the knees in front of people underneath you. Not going with the times and trusting employees to do their jobs and work a hybrid schedule in the winter. Work life balance is not real. You do get a generous time off package from the time you work during the tournaments. Only problem is, they get mad when you use them during the summer, and get mad if you try to stockpile and use them during the slow winter time. Yes they offer it, but you better not use it otherwise we do not feel like you are committed to the team. Also the two higher up managers constantly yell and fight with each other. One will just take you disagreeing with them as you hate them and start getting emotional. The constant fighting and yelling between them is very distracting for the 3 other people in the office to do their jobs.
