Lack of support from superiors and sometimes we are left for the wolves, so to speak. Weekends/Holidays are mandatory and Sunday is a long day always.

It is hard work, you work for your money but what else do you expect! Better than any hourly position you'll find. Gotta get used to the mornings but they are usually slow in the morning and you can chill and drink coffee
