Pros

Depending on your management at the time it can be a very nice atmosphere, with a family type of feeling. You get to leave around 3:30pm.

Cons

If you get bad management it can be the most miserable place to work and you will become disinterested quickly. Favorites can be played here at times which can make the work experience not enjoyable.
