- Opportunity to make a lot of money serving. - There are a lot of "regulars" that come in, and genuinely care about you - Different morning shifts to cater to different people's wants/needs - Pretty flexible with people's schedules outside of work.

Cons

- Required to work Holiday's and Weekends - Hourly pay is low, and tips can be inconsistent. - Hosting shift is required at least once a week
