Pros

Day shift hours so you are never really there later than 3pm They like to promote people from within the company so someone starting as a busser can become a GM in a few years Decent benefits along with a yearly 1 week vacation paycheck Teamwork based environment

Cons

Very early start. Servers get there at 6:30 am to open. A lot of turnaround with management. Section you get is based on seniority usually even though they say it is performance This specific location has a lot of tourists that do not understand the tipping culture
