      Good benefits and federal holidays are paid time off.

      The pay is way below the market average. No training provided, over work employees and under pay them. Management is archaic, incompetent, and overpaid.

      comfortable work desk and nice building.

      Cons

      Huge lack of training, with no specific guidelines of expectations or solid responsibilities. Everything is up in the air until it all comes crumbling down and things turn personal. Harassment, judgement and bullying from leadership instead of building-up employees and creating positive guidance for success.
