Pros
Great place for entry level position, to get your foot in the door. Friendly environment only if you speak spanish as everyone is Cuban. Great colleagues and informal culture.
Cons
Minimal lateral and upward movement within the company. People have worked there for 15+ years and still get paid the same. These poor souls are gatekeepers of information and prisoners of their own demise, being promised bonuses and incentives that they never receive. Extemely high turnover rate! About 2 new employees every month due to having too much work. Working for multiple jobs at once. no compensation.
