Don't have any personal time , An Area manger has to travel every day , have to attend review meeting daily even you are driving car riding bike or traveling bus or train . You have to make N number of unproductive reports for your daily reviews , your day must start minum at 6 30 am for making such reports . There is no team everybody is working to impress their bosses ,so your buttering skill required to sharpen before joining . No proper performance evaluation system , no work ethic , everybody works for their salary .
