Pros
It's an open office environment, where you can take breaks without someone monitoring timing. Work is fine.
Cons
Too many. Absolutely no growth in the company. Most of the good positions have been taken by employees working here from 5-7 years. There is a saying that there's a horizontal management hierarchy and you can converse with seniors of your department, that never happens. There is no feedback system of any kind, and work allotted is very unstructured. You may be required to stay late in the office. The appraisal is terrible. There are absolutely no activities for employees in the office, no outings nothing. Take your salary and go home. 6 days a week, office.
