1. Lots of learnings from E-commerce domain, sourcing, marketing, and supply chain. 2. Good place to work for developers, lot of freedom and scope for creativity. 3. Good compensation 4. Good leadership, smart / disruptive projects ideas and initiative

1. Work-life- balance, lack of processes. 2. some redundant roles in senior positions 3. having an excellent professional culture and process standardization would help the lower an organization greatly.
