No pros unless you like autocratic environment

Cons

It feels like school where you are put on camera to work for 8 hours where the manager micro manages you. The manager does not trust you and makes you feel inexperienced. Even going for lunch you have to seek permission like a school messaging on watsapp. Even after that, unrealistic targets are set and you are humiliated with a very rude language in the group for your working style Never want to work here!
