1. Flexible Timings sometimes 2. Label of working in a .com company 3. Good Exposure

Cons

1. People here don't take any responsibility of their work 2. Continuous spoon feeding required to everyone 3. All code is released with full of defects. 4. Not a single release of module is bug free and smooth 5. Too much blame game between all possible functional teams 6. Everything above indicates no processes are followed. 7. Deadlines are unrealistic and they make you work for long hours like 16 hours if your senior is unable to do his work it is pushed onto you.
