I did not find any pros to work for FirstCry apart from brand image
Cons
Managers are grumpy. They treat their junior like a servant. They won't allow you social life. Meetings are taken on phone. You are expected to drive the revenue of the company from the first day. No proper training before hands on work. So much of politics. I feel pity for the ppl who are working there. You ll be asked to call everyone Sir and keep your head down always.
