Worst Higher Management

It was good 1 years back but now higher management has changed and implemented micro management.

Cons

1. So much of micro management. 2. No perks and benifits. 3. They want employee to spend 10-12 hrs in office work. 4. Even after spending so much of time, they ask What you'de done.
