good for fresher to enhance your skills . you can expose your knowledge and grab the position.
Cons
No Project management gives minus if available. Salary discloses in tech pipeline .which is not good. Toxic work environment infrastructure. lift always stuck. No Building maitainance. No policy such as group insurance, canteen is not hygenic . bad smell comes on floor always .

Pathetic work environment, expectation is high but resource are null. Management is useless. Everyone is owner here.
