      The pay was decent until new people came in

      Cons

      The CEO likes to threaten his employee by saying he has the best law attorneys that money can buy. There are nothing but people who will stab you in the back and have no regard for the employee handbook.

      - Unprofessional and hostile upper leadership - Sudden changes to being micro managed daily made me hate my job and feel like I’m walking on eggshells 24/5 - Rude managers calling out teammates by saying disrespectful things hurt my confidence in working here - Changing the work cultures made my team go from collaborative and professional to competitive and performative

      Good pay, Free Benefits Hybrid Schedule Mon-Friday Morning shift Solid Co-Workers

      Management could be better, Vacation time is stingy and accrues very slowly Cannot be fully remote when the job can be done at your home Hiring Managers you have to support can be a bit much to deal with it. 403B is a joke, will not match your contributions til 2 years with the company and its only 2 percent.
