      Good people, bad company and leadership

      People you work with day to day are great, good team ethic and collaboration.

      Cons

      Bad leadership, just laid off a ton of people but are giving raises to top executives and promoting more officers. Too much work too little employees to cover it. Customers hate the company. Pay is low.
