Good pay and benefits. Supported by direct supervision.

Cons

New CEO and his executive buddies are terrible. From the way they handled lay offs ( after hours email from HR then made them log on for a call in the morning), RTO mandate for all employees after posting jobs as "remote" for years. Work/life balance is non existent. Had more flexibility 10 years ago before remote work became popular. Aging service centers, limited fleet, lack of essential employees and no proper training anymore.

Good pay, good coworkers, relatively low stress

Cons

Executives are completely tone deaf and employee morale is in disrepair. Between layoffs, missed bonuses, and RTO mandates with no plan in place, it's hard not to feel like the leadership is either incompetent or trying to tank the company. I can't trust a thing they say. and I know I'm not alone. Either way, I'm expecting a lot of people to leave in a short amount of time.

Cons

Management and above are not transparent, trustworthy, do not care for input. Hire and pay thousands to millions for contractors, instead of investing and keeping current experienced employees.
