      Pros

      Excellent one on one training for each level of operations you advance to with fast pay bumps topping out around 40.23 and hour after 3 years.

      Cons

      Bein placed on reserve shutdown constantly, company has lost 80 percent of its fleet to accomodate emission regulations and shrink in our market has lead to less available materials to repair or replace equipment regularly. Lot of new tech being talked and tested to meet further tightening regulations has put a strain on our budgets and prospects.
