Good coworkers, positive attitudes. Everyone is played back for the most part as long as you do you part and get your job done.

Cons

Upper management/ corporate always changing, doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Says they don’t have money for anything than always hiring new directors but can’t hire new support staff?

Great co-workers, reasonable workload, nice facilities

Cons

Morale has been tanking due largely to RTO initiative and how it was handled. Reasons given for RTO seem disingenuous, especially after years of being told how well we were doing in remote/hybrid. Little consideration seems to be given for the effect upon employees. This has already spurred quite a few people to leave and is making recruiting much more difficult.
