Not the best but def not the worst

Pros

work life balance bonus structure team encouragement and support Remote/hybrid work options benefits for fulltime employees

Cons

The work load seemed to be a bit much for the field team and we got the stress from new residents. Bonuses would sometimes not be paid out. We were also told we saved the company 2 million dollars but they rewarded us by sending door dash.

A company that cares about their employees

Pros

A very honest, transparent company that hears and listens to you. Show that they value you which is rare in this industry.

Cons

Every now and then may be one bad apple but you should stay positive because as long as you work hard they will notice. Work life balance is hard in an industry that is always working but it can be manageable if you vocalize your needs.
