Was a great work environment for the first year or so.

Cons

Company began losing/ getting rid of a lot of the people that made it so great. Now, a complete lack of organization/ teamwork.

only downside was company downsize notification and not being able to rent one of the homes as an employee.

There are a lot of good people to work with. Pay and benefits meet expectations. Work/life balance is satisfactory.

Cons

There is little room for growth. Poor decision-making from upper management has led to many people being hired and then let go in a way that is cyclical. The culture around inclusiveness is overboard.
