Pros

I love working here. We are growing fast and the work is exciting and challenging. Almost everyone is new, which makes for an energetic, fun workplace. Management recognizes our hard work with fun events and lots of communication.

Cons

The rapid growth is exciting but could be hard to sustain. We have already outgrown the new office we moved into three months ago.

Pros

Being part of a growing single family rental company in a new industry is very interesting. Renovating older houses, improving neighborhoods, and providing quality homes for families is very rewarding. Innovation is encouraged throughout the organization. The investors are committed to growing the company and continue to bring in talent to support the expansion. There is a culture of continuous improvement.

Cons

Large scale property management can be a grind at times, but this is the same across many other companies. Some very likeable people have been let go as the business grew beyond their individual capacity.
