Option to pick your hours and days you want to work, easy to take jobs close to where you live to keep drive times down, Always calling you for work, posting open jobs daily, all shift offered, great online system for Charting, and to clock in and out, meeting new people to help.
Cons
Low pay, high turnover in staff, Shifts may be canceled or given without adequate warning , No health or initiatives or benefits, They have you paid to keep your cert updated, Absolutely NO overtime they will ask you to work 16 hr. straight stay late come in earlier than Scheduled thinking it will be overtime pay but then cut your next day shift so No overtime for you! hard to count on your hours from week to week really
