helping others is gratifying. Met many people and created wonderful relationships. Learned a lot about healthcare, the senior industry and worked with many organizations

Cons

Not enough support from corporate and lack of training. Promises made that were never fulfilled. Basically learned more from local competitors and company the same as other healthcare franchises

I have been in the healthcare industry for many years and have found that the foundation of this company is based on integrity. They have shown me over the last couple of years that with hard work and looking out for the best interests of potential franchisees and their healthcare providers has brought me the job satisfaction I've been looking for.

Cons

Being a company that only 5 years old, I am wearing more hats than what I'm used to.
