Poor and potentially dangerous place to work

Be extremely cautious working for this company. You will repeatedly be put in unsafe situations and if you complain or report it they will retaliate against you for it. Interrupted showers posing fall risks, having to call the police repeatedly due to trespassing "room mates" , drugs being used in homes,patient displaying weapons and screaming at you. caregivers are not paid fairly for skill and experience. Favoritism is key for this office. Also they offer no Christmas bonus, no benefits. And everyone inside the office vapes inside the entire day. Which inside a public building, also goes against the Colorado Clean Indoor Air act. Stay safe friends💚

Very difficult to communicate with. Puts you in extremely dangerous situations where you are forced to call the police for trespassing room mates.
