Happy and satisfied customers is the key to this success because this product seamlessly fit's into customers' workflow. Great company culture, very transparent and collaborative way of management. Work culture is awesome, they care for their people, reward for good work and guide each of them for success. Top management is capable of making it large, great CEO and leadership team is very supportive and committed to make it real success.
Cons
FirstRain is small but growing company, product outlook is changing year over year. So people have to adjust to fast moving and growing processes, projects and people.
