There are good opportunities to work on your own projects or schoolwork while at work, and many of the residents you'll meet in the buildings are kind, friendly people.
Cons
Overbearing management, poor pay and simultaneously high expectations of employees.
You get a paycheck there's unfortunately not much I can say good!
Cons
I had many licenses and was told in the beginning within 6 months I'd move up to working as a CAM. After 6 months I was told a year or longer and its who you know. I had my license getting hired on. When I asked to be moved up they did nothing. But when I spoke to the residents and told them I was a CAM they fired me. They aren't concerned with employees but their reputation they try to protect. I read bad reviews and was not going to take the job but gave this company the benefit of the doubt. Only to find out its true they acted like me having the CAM I d soon be moved up the latter and then later I found out it was just to get me in the door. Instead of promoting me they just used me to save on overtime. They knew I was a CAM coming into the job and thats the position I wanted to work. They didn't act fast to my request to get a transfer or move up but once I told the residents my situation and that I was a CAM and they thought I was trying to take business from them which I wasn't then they responded fast!
