Pros

Every day is the same

Cons

The AR department is made up of 4 teams and there is no growth structure. They make it so they can bounce you around to any team with no pay raise, even if it comes with more responsibilities. If you want to get promoted you have to wait for someone to retire

anyone is expendable, hard to trust in work environment

Good pto after your first year

Cons

If you get hurt they will make your life hell. No concern for employees in that area. You will go through pure hell. They rather do that then follow through and just do right. May not be good for a long term job.
