Pros

Met some life long friends

Cons

Horrible management and experience with HR. Got let go while I had FMLA paperwork turned in. Wish I would have fought them in court and not distracted at a time when a very close family member was dying of cancer. I got let go because I was unable to keep up with my job after working 80 plus hours a week. Got paid horribly as well.

Pros

A great job if you require to sit down most of the time.

Cons

They always find something to get you in trouble with even when your completely doing your job. The supervisors will pretend to be on your side but will write a report behind your back.

Pros

You get to meet a lot of wonderful people while working with the boards, vendors, and coworkers. No day is the same so that can be exciting.

Cons

The work load is overwhelming for new and experienced managers. There is no support so you have to do almost everything yourself as the manager. You never get true time off because you are are on call 24/7 - the ‘on call’ phone system is a joke. Management doesn’t care to make changes to improve the work environment for their employees and expects monthly chats about being a supportive family to suffice.
