Largest management company in the country, recognizable, hire within, moving up within is encouraged, work from home is now available, supervisors genuinely want to help you improve, pay is better than other property management companies, good benefits, continuing education is encouraged and paid for by FirstService
Cons
Late night condo board meetings at least once a week, workload is often unmanageable, lack of internal support, work place culture can be a bit cold and distant, upper management is still very disorganized after company merged with Lieberman and Draper & Kramer in 2019, technology used is outdated and underutilized
