      Promises are lies

      Pros

      Great group of people. Nice office, well maintained for the most part.

      Cons

      1 raise in 5 years of exceeds expectations job reviews. No bonus paid when due. Promised $1 hour raise at 6 months, never received it in 5 years. Promised advancement opportunities when hired, but never given. Constant employee turn over. They don’t follow Sarbanes Oxley Act, nor FASB.

      Sometimes it can be easier to focus on attaining more clients and hit sales quotas than to spend time massaging and keeping the existing clients and associates.
