Pros

In all honesty, it is the best company I have worked for. Based on what I've seen, they look to promote from within, value their employees, and work hard to stay positive in a difficult industry. Upper management stays involved and communicates with those who are "on the ground" so to speak. And personally, I really value their FirstCall script that is read every morning. Helps to bring a better sense of community.

Cons

Only thing I would wish is for some vacation/PTO time to carry over each year. Beyond that, I have none.
