Pros

Resident Support Services is good

Cons

Took away training, now have to do your own insurance, have to do your own budgets, these are all things that were provided in house before. Strata managers arent paid as well as other brokerages because of these in house services to help but they took them away.

Pros

Learning new systems offered some professional growth.

Cons

Excessive workload and unpredictable end times, especially during month end. You never knew when you’d be off in the first few days of the month, which drained any sense of work-life balance. This experience was truly an eye-opener, helping me realize what I want to avoid in my career.

Pros

if you love highly corporate yet very unproductive environments- this place is for you. if you love being just another number where no one gives a crap about you or what you do- you're in the right place.

Cons

where do i start- the executives are unresponsive - to the clients as well as their employees. no staff retention, because they will treat you like a slave and you will either get fired or will run away. the dozens (!) of absolutely useless hr trainings will take up a good chunk of your time. they will make you sing kumbaya daily! beware of anyone named Mark, just walk the other way. no wonder FSR has the worst reputation in the property management industry- just don't even bother. skip this one.
