      The pay is good, the managers I’ve had so far have been great. Job is stressful at times, occasionally a rude resident but overall easygoing

      Cons

      Training didn’t cover a lot of the scenarios that I encounter in my work. Doesn’t seem to be any opportunity to move up

      If you have a good manager in your corner you are set

      Cons

      They will pretend they care for you. Doesn’t matter how good you are at your job, the moment you disagree with them or do something they don’t like, you become a number that they simply do not care about and are written off Health insurance is terrible and extremely selective
