      Pros

      The company cares about their employees and their clients. This provides a stable environment for the Associates. During the COVlD,-19 pandemic they were providing constant up to date information daily to all associates. The company made every effort to provide all of the associates with the proper protective gear to keep everyone safe. FirstService also encouraged anyone that could work remotely from home to do so.

      Cons

      Like most large companies implementation of new procedures at times hits road blocks and bumps during the roll out process.

      Pros

      Large company so there’s some job security and room to grow.

      Cons

      While the company prides itself on its values, it seems that those values are lost as soon as “First Call” is over. This company just wants to be the biggest and does not care about it’s employees. Also, the non-compete they make you sign ensures you’ll be in a bind for 2 years after employment ends with them.
