Pros

Offers medical benefits, PTO bank, office I was assigned to was close to home, co-workers were friendly, helpful, and supportive.

Cons

Pay scales and subsequent raises did not match the amount of the work load. Raises were only once a year at only 2%, no merit raises or raise in initial wage offer, despite promises of a 90 day review. Lack of proper training from qualified personnel. Does not show much loyalty or value of the employees who are doing the bulk of the work to keep the property contracts (I.e., admins, bookkeepers, etc.).

Good pay, steady schedule, PTO, Benefits, good company culture.

Cons

Micromanaging Managers in the Call Center. Stats are set so that customers are to be passed along to management as quickly as possible.
