Meet a interesting array of people.

Cons

Dont expect to truly advance no matter how many hours or hard work you put in unless you are a white man or a very attractive white woman. There are a few brown Executives but there aren't any Black Executives.

Pros

This corporation gives a lot of opportunities to young college graduate

Cons

The pay is under market rate and there is no/or a little room to growth (in terms of pay). Also, there are a lot of turnovers, so longtime employees always suffer from overwhelming work.
