Lack of communication between cooperate employees .they rely on emails and not enough personal contact.

Leadership was not focused on promoting from within and or recognizing and retaining good employees. Disjointed corporate office leadership and frequent upper level management turnover. Not focused on Industry organizations / affiliations or encouragement of managers to obtain industry certifications.
