      RSS is a new department

      Always hiring, great HR team, great Onboarding team, lots of employee perks like free vendor swag and free food

      Cons

      The relationship between Resident Support Services and Community Management could be better. The available resources RSS had were limited and did not always apply to every community. Communication and responsibilities were blurry between RSS and Community Management. There is insufficient manpower to support all inquiries with high quality and precision.

      Best Culture Ever!

      The culture is absolutely amazing! The leadership team really shows that they care about the employee experience by asking for feedback and consistently taking action on that feedback. We have a lot of company cultural activities and celebrate one another. In addition, the level of professionalism and knowledge of everyone here cannot be compared.

      Great Culture - Salary could be better
