The Politics Put You At Risk

Pros

Decent pay is somewhat worth it, but they’re not always fair.

Cons

Dealing with Association board is always full of political risk. You’re never guaranteed work and instead of the company protecting you from politics they’ll fire you to protect the account.

Pros

Meeting people is really all you get out of this job

Cons

You're treated like just an easily replaceable person, theres zero promotions unless you're friends with corporate, raises and pay could be better depending on where you work but in my case i get a 2% raise every year if Im lucky. Over 10 years with the company and my salary has only increased by 3 dollars.
