Pros

Getting to work gives you purpose, team members treat you with at most respect and kindness. The constant learning via the university resources is a great way to enhance your professional development.

Cons

You have to be tech savvy because of the different platforms used.

Leadership is shady

Pros

Co workers were great. Recognition was nice.

Cons

Pay is below market. Leadership is shady. “Directors” can’t do anything without speaking to the actual people in charge and even those people have to go even hirer for EVERYTHING.

Pros

There are no good reasons working here; the toxicity and culture is horrible. Do not work for this company- use your time and find a job somewhere where your work will be appreciated and you will be valued- this company cares not about anyone. There lies and deceptions will get you nowhere.

Cons

There is no means of addressing and sharing concerns for them to be handled professionally instead the management gossip and scrutinize the employee
