Flexible Scheduling, Great benefits.

Cons

- Divided Office between upper management and assistant community managers and community managers. - Negative work environment in San Diego Region office. - Upper Management is generally condescending and not open to actually implementing changes that may actually reduce the stress of the employee. - Huge turnover rate.
