      Pros

      Diversity, HSA, Career Options, and Ability to Advance. Supportive HR staff. If you work as an onsite manager - you can make a decent salary by showing the Association the value you add to their day to day lives.

      Cons

      I don't think it is right for FSR corporate to say that employees can't earn 5 star annual reviews because "no one is perfect." FSR defines 3 out of 5 stars as "doing everything right." When I see a 3 star rating for a company, I don't think to myself, "there's a good company!" I keep looking until I find 4 or 5 stars. If an employee is outstanding, I give them 5 stars on their review because 5 stars should be outstanding, not unachievable.

      Pros

      I started working for First Service at the Muse Condominium in Old Town Alexandria City, VA back on January 16th. Being new to the culture of First Service Residential, I want to share I loved the Awards Event. The event was very motivating to me. I loved to learn that some of my team mates had watch parties providing lunch. I wasn’t able to join the watch parties, but I was able to watch at the office. It was a great experience to see all the different offices, their swag and their dancing. It confirms that I made the right decision to join First Service Residential. Look forward to next year’s Awards Event.
