Everyone does things their way so the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. Confusion everywhere, which makes this company a joke....

Corporate office, upper managers, upper upper managers, insurance, dishonest senior directors and Vice Presidents, lack of training and internal customer service, powerless Human Resources, overpriced insurance, dishonest staff ( like the ones writing reviews on here about not having any cons ), not keeping promises about promotions, senior directors who look down on staff instead of helping and the managers over the senior directors who allow them to belittle rather than build up.
