Pros

Good communication between me and Management as well as other staff members. Mail room area has been improved.

Cons

Being a building that serves as hotel and residence presents an array of complicated and sensitive dynamics. Work volume has increased considerably. The communication between owners and guests is far from ideal and it has an unnecessary negative impact on the quality of daily operations. There are more tasks to complete.
